Yes. Your points will expire on the first day of the month following 6 months after they were earned. To see which points will be expiring soon, log in to your loyalty account, and click on ‘Rewards’, select your points balance, and navigate to the ‘Expiring Points’ tab.

You will automatically receive points for transactions made in-store, online and through the app if you are paying with a linked card on your account.
You can also manually upload your receipts to receive points for your order. The easiest way to upload a receipt is by logging into the app and navigating to the ‘Upload Receipts’ page.

Our rewards are built out as item-based rewards. This means that once you add the eligible item to your check and apply the reward, you will see the discount reflected on one (1) item from your check.
We build our rewards in this way because some local liquor laws do not allow the use of promotions or discounts on alcohol, so we must be cautious with how our rewards function. We are actively working to adjust the way rewards are applied to the guest check to improve this experience.

To redeem online, first add the item associated with your reward to your cart. When you navigate to checkout, your rewards will appear at the top of your cart. Swipe left and right in your cart to view all your rewards. Tap the ‘Apply reward’ toggle on the reward you would like to redeem online.
To redeem in-store, open your app and navigate to the ‘Rewards’ page. Select the specific reward you want to redeem in store. Click ‘Redeem in store’ when you are ready to use the reward and present the five-digit code to the cashier or server at the time of payment.

All rewards have an expiration date, with the exception of the $5 off, $10 off and $15 off rewards that you can use your points to claim. These are marketplace rewards that are only redeemable when you have the corresponding points balance available.
Be sure to read the disclaimer for your reward to determine the specific expiration date.

To add a new card or delete a linked card from your loyalty account, click on the menu icon on web (upper right corner) or app (upper left corner) and select ‘Saved Cards’.
On the web, you can delete your linked cards by clicking on the trash can icon and add a new card when you checkout.
On app, to delete a linked card, you will click on ‘Edit’ in the upper right corner and from here you will be able to delete your linked card. To add a new card, select ‘Add a new card’ at the bottom of the screen and enter your card information.

If you order direct from our app, website or in-store, you will earn points on every purchase when signed into your loyalty account or paying in store with a linked card. You will also be able to redeem points towards rewards.
Ordering through third party services will not get you progress towards your loyalty program status, and you cannot use your loyalty program rewards on orders placed through third party services.

Our loyalty program does not extend to catering orders. You can only earn points for regular orders and redeem rewards for regular orders, currently.

No. We neither store nor see your credit card information. When you link your card for in-store transactions, your card number is encrypted and sent directly to Visa, MasterCard, or AmEx. They mark your card as enrolled and send us a notification when you use it to make a purchase at a Flower Child location.
When you make a digital purchase, your card information is stored in a payment vault for re-use on future orders. It is stored in a manner – tokenized and encrypted – that is unreadable to Thanx – we do not see or know your card number. When you use that card to make a purchase, your card is sent securely from that vault to Flower Child’s ordering platform for processing.
